1. Project Build Payments

Upfront Payments and Milestone Payments:
- Payments made for project builds, including upfront fees and milestone-based payments, are non-refundable.
- This includes any setup fees or initial deposits.
Once a milestone is completed and payment is made, the amount is deemed final and non-refundable.

2. Yearly Maintenance Payments

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
- Maintenance payments are made on an annual subscription basis.
- You may cancel your yearly maintenance plan at any time. Refunds will be issued for the unused quarters of the year.
- For example, if you cancel after using the first quarter (3 months), you will be refunded for the remaining 9 months.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed through our third-party payment providers.
The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. No Additional Fees

We do not charge any additional fees for processing refunds.
